How does warranty work?

When you make a purchase, Workin’ Stand offers a 10-year warranty plan that includes free coverage on issues related to damage, wear and tear, and broken, missing or loose parts. If a desk cannot be repaired or an individual part cannot be replaced, Workin' Stand will replace the desk at no additional cost, we just ask that the product is disassembled before being shipped back to our manufacturing plant.

What is Workin’ Stand’s return policy?

Workin’ Stands return policy, as of now, is 1 year to make returns on product purchases, full-money back guaranteed. To ensure an individual receives full-money back, the standing-desk should be in sellable condition and should not have been repaired or replaced within that period by Workin' Stand.

How does shipping work?

Our products are available to purchase worldwide and international shipping fees may vary. We currently offer 2 forms of shipping, first being express shipping, which includes a $20 fee in return for a fast shipping time of 5-7 days. The second form of shipping is a free-shipping option that would take approximately 10-14 days to arrive.  

What are the forms of payment that Workin’ Stand accepts?

Individuals can complete their payments with any of the institution services listed at the bottom. (Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, PayPal, Amex, Visa).

What is exactly is Ergonomics?

Ergonomics in its true essence can be defined as the study of people’s efficacy, in a certain working environment. It is the process of arranging and optimizing your workplace to help maximize efficiency.

Are there any changes to operations due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

At the current moment, as operations start to take place, our operations remain pretty much intact. We believe that because many individuals are now forced to work from home due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the addition of a standing-desk can ultimately improve their work from home experience and help them maximize their productivity, with the means of staying healthy during these worrying times.

How are your products made?

Workin’ Stand has elected to outsource product production at a factory plant located in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
